We aim to have an engineer at your premises, attending the call out within 24 hours.
Yes, upon the receipt of a purchase order, the option of a site survey is always offered.
Yes. Our engineers cover the furthest corners of the country, wherever you are, that’s where we will go.
Upon handover of your gate or barrier, you will receive a manual on how to operate the equipment manually if failure occurs. Following this, you can request an engineer to attend the site to investigate the issue by either calling our office 01522 682255 or send in a request to info@gatewayautomation.co.uk
