PAY ON FOOT
AUTOMATIC PAY STATION

Unit calculates the parking fee in advance so allowing a quicker exit for the customer.

Main Function

  • As a parking fee is displayed, the shutter opens to accept coins or banknotes, and the displayed amount is deducted from the remaining balance
  • Once payment is made, new data is encoded and printed on the ticket, which is then returned to the customer
  • During calculation, if the customer presses the voucher button, the inserted ticket is returned and then voucher ticket can be accepted and the shown fee is deducted
  • When a customer pushes the receipt button, a receipt a receipt is printed out in seconds
  • If the cancel button is pressed while calculation, processing is cancelled and inserted money is returned, or a report of due balance is printed out
  • The parking fee can be paid using a debit or credit card, instead of cash (option)

Monitoring and Control Unit

  • The main control unit, using 16bits microprocessors, controls all units connected to it, and transmits event data that may have caused any problems
  • The unit receives operating information from ICC (Intelligent Comm. Controller), and processed ticket data is automatically transmitted to ICC and saved in the units own memory in case of a communication error
  • Character display and control buttons are installed on the unit so that the operating condition and parameters can be set

Ticket Reading and Encoding

  • Ticket Read/Write units read and encode parking information on the tickets in the middle stripe in a two-way reading
  • Contactless recycling smart cards are read and parking information is stored on them
  • A ticket is read within one second and returned to the customer with new data encoded

Coin Acceptance

  • Accepts up to 5 types of coins and has the restorers which reuse coins inserted by the user (option)
  • Approximately 1500 coins for change can be stored in each coin restorer
  • Coins, that are not recycled are dropped into the coin box, where approximately 3000 coins can be collected

Banknotes Handling

  • Reads up to 12 types of banknotes on four way scanning (option)
  • The banknotes box of the acceptor can store up to 1000 sheets
  • Only one type of banknote dispenser is available. The unit dispenses change and can stack paper money up to 1000 notes (option)

TICKET DISPENSER

Issues a parking ticket encoded with time, serial number and data to the user at the entrance of the car park.

Main Function

  • Installed at the entrance with an electric barrier, and it issues hourly tickets to visiting drivers and reads other types of tickets
  • Encodes date/time, serial number, unit number and parking number. Thermal printing can be used to issue tickets (option)
  • When the unit reads the RF card, the intelligent Comm. Controller (ICC) checks the data, and then the electric barrier opens once verification is complete (option)
  • When the unit accepts contactless debit cards, data is transmitted to the zone computer, and the electric barrier lifts once verification is complete (option)
  • When connected to a vehicle license recognition unit, the car license number is printed on the ticket (option)
  • When the car number displayer is connected, the registered car number is displayed in English and Numerics (option)
  • Displays announcement of the parking lot and registered car number of the season card in English or foreign language on the graphic displayer at the entrance
  • Abnormal parking tickets are prevented by the Back-out and Back-loading function (option)

User Friendly Features

  • When a car approaches the ticket dispenser, a LED lamp flashes to warn the driver
  • When a parking lot is full, ticket issuing is stopped and the full signal is output
  • An intercom and a call button are provided for the user to contact the managing office
  • Operating instructions are shown on the LCD display or voice guidance is provided in the event of operational difficulties (option)
